"Strength for the Journey"

For 2 decades, ADVENTURES IN LEADERSHIP has been loading youth's LIFE TOOL KIT'S with wayfinding skills, anchors and compass's, giving them principled based instruments and resources to practice and incorporate throughout their lives. Our passion is to mentor them through these emotional and challenging years as they navigate a barrage of mixed and conflicting messages, empowering them to feel confident in stepping into their future roles as mothers and fathers, parents and teachers, providers and members of society.

Through simulations, journaling, work shops, goal setting, team building activities, outdoor play, exploring talents and strengths, and seeing the importance of choosing good friends and implementing self care, we create opportunities for these youth to step into their potential, see their possibilities and feel confident in moving forward.

Our goal is not to motivate for a week but to prepare for a lifetime.
